- We live in the Greatest Country in the world, the United States, but this country is on the path towards socialism. The Obama administration's policies are about control, and the loss of freedom. People should be able to keep their money and be in control of their own lives. They should be encouraged and taught to be self-reliant. I have always stood up for what is right. Aside from being an informed voter I contact my representatives in government to share my ideas and voice my concerns. I call in talk shows and attend meetings. I write letters to the editors of papers addressing some of the problems this country is facing. When necessary I have filed lawsuits to right the wrongs. I even ran for Congress and currently running as the Republican Candidate for the MO.Senate Dist.22. Pat Martin, editor and publisher of the Leader newspaper is refusing to publish my letters because I oppose Obama’s policies and thinks I have an ongoing campaign against Obama.I am trying to inform the people and give them a different perspective on his policies. The media/press is supposed to be the watchdogs over government.Therefore, in order to get my message out I started this blog.
