Unincorporated Jefferson County and the Missouri cities of Poplar Bluff, Washington and Union have enacted new laws where pharmacies, drug stores and stores that sell cold remedies that contain pseudoephedrine will have to keep them behind the counter. People will need a prescription to obtain these drugs. There is also a push for a statewide law to do the same thing.
Once again law abiding citizens will be punished because some government bureaucrat passes a law without thinking about the unintended consequences. Some of the unintended consequences are: loss of revenue to the municipalities that enact the law because people will shop elsewhere. People will need a prescription to obtain these drugs, which will cost time and money by having to make an appointment, go to the doctor, pay for the visit and then pick up the item. People may not want to go through the hassle of getting the medicine and may end up getting sicker because of it, necessitating a trip to the hospital. There will be an extra burden on the businesses by having to place the products behind the counter and check the prescriptions.
These politicians/ lawmakers in passing these laws are looking for the easy fix. Their logic possibly being, let’s make it difficult for these illegal drug makers to obtain the chemicals needed to make Crystal meth. There are other household chemicals that when mixed together can make other dangerous things such as bombs. Should there be a law to ban or restrict those household items? I say NO. This law should not be enacted for the aforementioned reasons. There are laws on the books to deal with illegal drug making. My suggestion, as a former police officer, would be to strenuously enforce those laws. Let’s go after the BAD GUYS.

Questions on Healthcare Legislation
Here are some questions that should be answered before proceeding with healthcare legislation. If the healthcare legislation is so GREAT, why did the Democrats vote on it in the dark of night on a Saturday night? Why are they not presenting the facts of the bill to the American people? Is it because the numbers do not add up? The Democrats say that there is a need to pass this legislation today because thousands of people are dying because of the lack of healthcare. Yet the benefits do not go into effect until 4 years from now, so by their calculations are they going to let thousands more of Americans die? Why the hurry in getting this bill passed? Why are the Democrats conducting business behind closed doors? What happened to transparency? Why don’t the Democrats want the Bill or Amendments read? Is it because the more people find out the details the more they dislike it? Why do they want to put people in jail for not wanting to buy health insurance? Would that even be constitutional? Why do they have to bribe certain Senators in order to get them to vote for it? Is Eric Holder going to investigate this bribe? Will the news media begin doing their job and expose this fraud? Why is it that politicians say one thing but do another, Joe Liebermann? Will the American people stand up and be heard to stop this monstrosity?

Barbara Boxer and E-mail-theft-gate
California Senator Barbara Boxer, the top Democrat on the Senate Environment and Public Works Committee, said that the recently released e-mails, showing the fraud of climate change, should be treated as a crime. She said during a committee meeting, "You call it 'Climategate'; I call it 'E-mail-theft-gate,'". "Whatever it is, the main issue is, Are we facing global warming or are we not?
No we are not facing global warming. It is a HOAX. The people pushing global warming or climate change are making green from going green, Jeff Immelt and Al Gore to name a few. She is a proponent of Cap and Trade, Crap and Tax, legislation they are trying to pass and it is not in the best interest of this country.
On November 25, Carol Browner, who is pushing this HOAX made the following statement,
“There has been for a very long time a very small group of people who continue to say this isn't a real problem, that we don't need to do anything," Browner said. "On the other hand, we have 2,500 of the world's foremost scientists who are in absolute agreement that this is a real problem and that we need to do something and we need to do something as soon as possible. What am I going to do, side with the couple of naysayers out there, or the 2,500 scientists? I'm sticking with the 2,500 scientists. I mean, these people have been studying this issue for a very, very long time, and agree that the problem is real."
At one time the majority of scientists thought the earth was flat. That is why science is based on fact not consensus. You do not vote on it.
I have some questions for these 2500 scientists, How do you get paid? Are you getting any grant money for doing these studies? Why do you think you know what the ideal climate should be? What should the ideal climate be? Do you factor in the sun? I am not a scientist, but I believe it is what it is. If it’s cold put a coat on, if it’s hot take the coat off.
Now, Boxer wants to prosecute the person or persons who revealed this information/ fraud. I’m curious? Barbara, what was your position on the hacker who hacked into Sarah Palin’s emails? Did you want to prosecute them? The information in the emails were supposed to be turn over because of a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request, but these scientists wanted the information destroyed. Why would you not want to investigate the scientists that were putting out bogus information and wanted to destroy the evidence? Would the people who released the emails exposing the HOAX of climate change be considered “Whistleblowers?”
“Whistleblowing means disclosing information that you reasonably believe is evidence of a violation of any law, rule or regulation, or gross mismanagement, a gross waste of funds, an abuse of authority, or a substantial and specific danger to public health or safety.”
The Merit Systems Protection Board stated Covered employees include: Competitive service employees; most excepted service employees in Executive agencies; employees of Government corporations who allege whistleblower reprisal; employees of the Government and former employees of and applicants for employment with covered agencies.

I did speak to our former colleague, Mr. Manuel Lujan, who said that I was overreacting to this, that in fact he just wanted to know what our priorities are, but I would say to the gentlewoman, I am really going to need her help because I do not think this is what it is about. If a person is a Federal employee and a Member of Congress calls for some very important information maybe on an endangered species or adverse effects of pesticides, these are difficult issues, and if an employee knows they have to report in writing as it occurs every contact with a Member, I would think that that is going to really muzzle employees. I would think that will not encourage employees, and I wonder if I could elicit help.

BRIBERY or POLITICS?
If the healthcare legislation is so GREAT, why are the Democrats voting on it in the dark of night on a Saturday night? Why are they not presenting the facts of the bill to the American people? Is it because the numbers do not add up?

Nancy Pelosi and America's Christmas Present?
Nancy Pelosi was gloating over the passage of Obamacare in the House of Representatives by a vote on 220 to 215. She had the look as if to say, “I’ve Got the Power.”
She now says she hopes to give the American people a Christmas present with the passage of Obamacare into law. Yeah, the proverbial “Lump of Coal.” Better be careful on mentioning Christmas, a Christian Holiday; after all President Barack Hussein Obama stated we are no longer a Christian Nation. It may be more politically correct to say Ramadan. Although, then there’s the problem of separation of church and state that Pelosi and her ilk constantly spout off about when it comes to Christians?
She along with Obama is in favor of putting people in jail if they do not buy health insurance. But I thought they were firing the guards and releasing some prisoners in California. Anyway, I guess that’s one way to get them coverage by putting them in prison.
This country is one more step closer to Socialism. These elitist Democrats don't care about the people in America they care about themselves and the control they will have if this bill is signed into law. And what gives them the right to force someone to purchase health insurance under penalty of prison? HOW IS THIS CONSTITUTIONAL?
Nancy, this monstrosity passed in the dark of night, on a Saturday only after some chicanery went on about the bill regarding abortion. It would not have passed without the Stupak (STUPID) Amendment. Stupak’s amendment prohibits abortion coverage in the public insurance option included in the House bill. It would also prevent private plans from offering coverage for abortion services if they accept people who are receiving government subsidies. It does allow abortions in the case of rape, incest or imperils the health or life of the mother.
Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz (D-Fla.), the Democrats’ chief deputy whip in the House said “I am confident that when it comes back from the conference committee that that language won't be there.” So they put in an amendment in order to pass this atrocity only to remove the amendment from the final bill.
Republican Leader John Boehner could not get any guarantees that the Amendment would be in the final bill. Without the Stupak (Stupid) amendment the House healthcare bill would not have passed and this healthcare bill would have gone down to defeat.
Mr. Boehner, knowing that voting to pass this amendment was just a ruse to get the Healthcare bill passed; why did you and the Republicans vote for it? It does not make sense to me when you say you are against this healthcare bill and then vote for an amendment that basically guarantees the bill will pass.
Hey Nancy, if this healthcare bill (Obamacare) is so GREAT, why did you use chicanery to get the bill passed in the DARK of night? Why not do it in the light of day and do a power point presentation on the benefits of this plan? Why not show the American people what a wonderful plan it is? The so-called benefits of the plan do not go into effect until 2013. What’s the rush? Is it because the taxes go into effect immediately? Did you even read the bill?
This is not about healthcare for the American people. It is about power and control over our lives. It is about the loss of FREEDOM! It’s a trillion dollar boondoggle that will not improve on healthcare in this country. It’s about tax increases and the possibility of going to prison. It’s about Socialism. Obamacare is wrong for America and should be defeated.

US Military,Obama's Got Your Back
On November 12, 2009 at the Elmendorf Air Force Base Elmendorf, Alaska, President Barack Hussein Obama, the Community Organizer in Chief said in a statement to the troops regarding Afghanistan the following: As Commander in Chief, I will never hesitate to use force to protect the American people and their vital interests. We will use the right force structure and spend defense money wisely. I will not risk your lives unless it is necessary to America's vital interests. And if it is necessary, the United States of America will have your back. We'll give you the strategy and the clear mission you deserve, we'll give you the equipment and the support that you need to get the job done, and that includes public support back home. That is a promise that I make to you.

Mayor Daley Blames Guns for Massacre
Mayor Daley wants to blame guns for the massacre at Fort Hood. Let’s not mention the massacre was committed by a radical Muslim jihadist, Nidal Hasan, who had anti-American sentiments and there were a lot of red flags missed by the authorities. I contend the red flags were not missed but disregarded because Hasan was a Muslim and they did not want to be accused of being a racist or religious bigot. Political correctness at it’s best.
Many women around the world are being slaughtered in various ways in the name of “HONOR KILLINGS” by followers of Islam. Some of the ways they have been killed are the following: stabbing, shooting, strangulation, stoning, beating, hanging, beheading, vehicles and acid. I was taught to protect women and do not understand a religion that tolerates abuse and murder of them.
On November 2, 2009 in Peoria, Noor Almaleki died from injuries she suffered after she was run over by a vehicle being driven by her Muslim father for being too "westernized."
On February 13, 2009 Muzzammil Mo HASSAN beheaded his wife, Aasiya Z. Hassan, 37, at his television station in Buffalo New York in an “Honor Killing.” The murderer said he "wanted to improve the image of Muslims."
Sandeela Kanwal, 25, was found dead on her bedroom floor last July strangled by her father with a bungee cord because she wanted a divorce. Morsal Obeidi was stabbed to death 23 times by her brother- for "turning away from her family." As I stated there have been countless others around the world who have been murdered by radical Muslims who believe in Sharia Law and honor killings.
President Barack Hussein Obama is reluctant to call this massacre at Fort Hood what it is: a terrorist act, by a radical Muslim jihadist. Why? Is it because he is an Islamic sympathizer? He bows to Kings and said the Muslims would like him because of his name. Obama also said he has empathy for the 9/11 terrorists who crashed the planes into the World Trade Center, the Pentagon and the field in Pennsylvania killing thousands of American citizens. He said we, the American citizens should have empathy for them as well.
So, Mr. Mayor it’s not guns it’s this radical religion and political correctness. The media, politicians like Obama and you and the military are being politically correct and refraining from revealing that Hasan was a Muslim with anti-American sentiments.
President Obama also said, “The United States is not and will never be at war with Islam.” This type of thinking is dangerous regarding America's safety, because unfortunately, Islam is at war with America and we must remain vigilant. Obama is an embarrassment, an appeaser and shows weakness to the world.

Obama and Fall of Berlin Wall
Obama was sorry for not being able to attend the 20th anniversary of the fall of the Berlin Wall. He sent Secretary of State Hillary Clinton in his stead. He talks about freedom and mentions JFK. He mentions Merkel and of course he mentions himself. I wonder why he did not mention the man who was mainly responsible for it, President Ronald Reagan. Was it jealousy, ignorance or just revisionist history?

Obama’s Commemorative Speech at Fort Hood
President Barack Hussein Obama made a commemorative speech at Fort Hood regarding the shooting by Nidal Hasan.
First off, what is with the reverberation or echo when Obama was speaking? Was it on purpose, as with some of his other speeches to make him self sound god-like? Another soldier spoke after him and there were no reverberations.
He said it is hard to comprehend the twisted logic that lead to this tragedy. These are trying times for our country. I agree; these are trying times especially with him at the helm. Obama refuses to acknowledge that this was an act of terrorism on American soil by an extreme radical Muslim jihadist.
Does he refuse to say this was an act of terrorism on American soil, because under George Bush there was not a major act of terrorism after 9/11? There was a plot at Fort Dix that was thwarted.
Or is it because he is an Islamic sympathizer? He said the Muslims would like him because of his name. Stupak Amendment and Republicans
Democrat Representative Bart Stupak of Michigan won the support of the Republicans and 64 Democrats for his amendment regarding abortion. Stupak’s language prohibits abortion coverage in the public insurance option included in the House bill. It would also prevent private plans from offering coverage for abortion services if they accept people who are receiving government subsidies. It does allow abortions in the case of rape, incest or imperils the health or life of the mother.
Without the Stupak (Stupid) amendment the House healthcare bill would not have won final passage in a 220-215 vote. This healthcare bill should have gone down to defeat; it is wrong for America. Yet, Nancy Pelosi gloated over the passage of the bill. It is all about control and the loss of freedom. It is loaded with tax increases and the so-called benefits to the plan do not go into effect until 2013. The cost of the plan will be in excess of a trillion dollars. Also, what gives them the right to force people to purchase healthcare insurance under the penalty of fine and imprisonment? I believe that would be unconstitutional.
Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz (D-Fla.), the Democrats’ chief deputy whip in the House said “I am confident that when it comes back from the conference committee that that language won't be there.” So they put in an amendment in order to pass this atrocity only to remove the amendment from the final bill.
Republican Leader John Boehner asked Chairman Henry Waxman (D-CA), Ways and Means Chairman Charlie Rangel (D- NY), and Education and Labor Committee Chairman George Miller (D-CA), “If the House is to pass the Stupak amendment and this bill is to pass tonight and there is a vote in the conference committee on this issue, would you guarantee me that you will support the House-passed bill?” They all said they won’t guarantee they’ll support keeping Pro-Life language in the Final Health Care bill. SO WHY VOTE FOR IT?
Mr. Boehner, knowing that voting to pass this amendment was just a ruse to get the Healthcare bill passed; why did you and the Republicans vote for it? There were Democrats who said without the Stupak amendment this monstrosity of a healthcare bill would have gone down to defeat. Obama stated my immediate thoughts & prayers were to the wounded & fallen soldiers. Yet he was clowning around & giving shout outs prior to mentioning the shooting. Islamic Terrorism and Fort Hood Massacre
The so-called mainstream news media reported that Maj. Nidal Malik Hasan a 39-year-old Army psychiatrist at Fort Hood opened fire at the base shooting and killing 13 people, (12 soldiers and a civilian) and wounding several others. Yet, in their reporting they failed to mention that he was a Muslim. Political correctness at it’s best.
Prior to the shooting Hasan shouted "Allahu Akbar!" — an Arabic phrase for "God is great!"
Some people, along with the media are making excuses for this murdering terrorists claiming Hasan may have suffered from “Post Traumatic Stress Disorder,” even though he was never in combat. They also claimed he was upset about going to Afghanistan although he would not have been on the front line; he was a psychiatrist and would have been behind the lines supposedly counseling troubled soldiers. What about the soldiers that were treated by this psychiatrist? How were they affected?
An imam from a mosque Hasan regularly attended said Hasan, a lifelong Muslim, was a committed soldier, gave no sign of extremist beliefs, regularly wore his uniform at prayers and was looking for a wife. Perhaps he did this terrorist act so he could meet the 72 virgins.

Dr. Val Finnell complained to administrators at the military university about what he considered Hasan's "anti-American" rants. Finnell said, "He at least should have been confronted about these beliefs, told to cease and desist, and to shape up or ship out."
Hasan reported for duty at Fort Hood in July, after working at Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Washington for six years. Though Hasan apparently had problems at Walter Reed, officials at the Fort Hood hospital said they weren't aware of any issues with his job performance. The problem was he is a Muslim and because of political correctness (PC) nothing was done.
At least six months ago, Hasan came to the attention of law enforcement officials because of Internet postings about suicide bombings and other threats, including posts that equated suicide bombers to soldiers who throw themselves on a grenade to save the lives of their comrades.
Hasan gave away his belongings including his clothing and a copy of the Quran and said his good-byes prior to the massacre.

There are a lot of people that are putting a blind eye to the threat that is out there. Another example that some of you may have heard of is the six imams who were acting suspiciously on a US Airways flight 300 in November 2006 and were removed from the plane.
The imams were seated throughout the plane. Two imams who claimed two first-class seats said their tickets were upgraded. However, the gate agent told police that when the imams asked to be upgraded, they were told no such seats were available. Nevertheless, the two men were seated in first class when they were removed. Three of the men asked for seat-belt extenders, although the men were not oversized. The flight attendant said, rather than attach the extensions, the men placed the straps and buckles on the cabin floor. Witnesses told law enforcement that the men spoke in Arabic and English, criticizing the war in Iraq and President Bush, and talking about al Qaeda and Osama bin Laden. According to witnesses, police reports and aviation security officials, the imams displayed other suspicious behavior. Therefore, they were removed from the plane.
The imams felt profiled, humiliated, and discriminated against by their treatment, and subsequently sued the airline with the assistance of CAIR, Council on American Islamic Relations. CAIR is America's largest Muslim civil liberties and advocacy organization. The case was settled and a CAIR spokesman stated, “The settlement of this case is a clear victory for justice and civil rights over fear and the phenomenon of 'flying while Muslim’ in the post-9/11 era.”
Rep. Sheila Jackson-Lee, Texas Democrat, said the September 11 terrorist attacks "cannot be permitted to be used to justify racial profiling, harassment and discrimination of Muslim and Arab Americans."
I believe these imams were testing the system to see what they can get away with. They also wanted to make people reluctant to report suspicious activity by Muslims in the future for fear of being called a racist and a religious bigot.

I watched the interview you had with Jesse Jackson and it seemed like you were going out of your way to suck up to him. He on the other hand was trying to put you on the defensive about your reference about civility of blacks when you talked about the black restaurant in Harlem. He stated your civility remark was insulting to many people. If you listen to the interview again I believe he was subtly calling you a racist.
You also stated whites fear many blacks, and there is nothing to be afraid of. Jackson stated blacks have more to fear from whites because of slavery and Jim Crowe laws, therefore it is an unfounded fear, and you agreed. But Jesse Jackson has stated in the past that if he was walking down the street and a group of young blacks were approaching him he would cross the street.
Your tag line is to be Fair and Balanced. So let me try to balance the story. I am enclosing some articles where whites may have something to fear or at least be aware of the danger that is out there. There are plenty of more stories out there that can be referenced.
You talked about the Jena six and the Duke bogus rape case. Regarding the Duke case you said that Jesse Jackson was unfairly criticized because all he did was offer to pay the tuition for the accuser (liar, stripper, extortionist) whether she was guilty or not. He stuttered that was the big media line, and stated he did not go to Duke, nor did Al Sharpton. Possibly they smelled a rat or possibly because the new black panthers were there. As for Sharpton I have two words Tawanya Brawley. However Jackson did do more when he wrote an article on it claiming white privilege, and black poverty etc., same old storyline. Enclosed is a copy of the article.
The Jena six are now being portrayed as some sort of Civil Rights heroes. These six are thugs. They acted like hyenas and these six “brave” thugs ganged up and beat up this one white child where he lost consciousness. Jackson mentioned that the six did not have any guns and it was just a fight. One on one is a fight; six on one is a mugging. He could have been beaten to death. Then you had the protesters converge on the town as if they were going to do a jailbreak, and are trying to intimidate the prosecutor on the case.
Jesse Jackson exploits the black race for his own enrichment. I do not understand why you would want him on your program. Perhaps you are unaware or have forgotten about his past. Let me enlighten you. He used to spit in white peoples food, he is anti-Semitic, remember Hymietown, he’s committed adultery, and fathered a child out of wedlock with his mistress and then paid her what amounted to be hush money. He extorts money from corporations, and constantly plays the race card. During the LA riots, when Reginald Denny was being beaten and the town was being destroyed Jesse Jackson on Nightline proclaimed what you are seeing is “Justified Anger.” The black community needs to stop making excuses for criminal behavior.
You used to have Malik Shabazz on your show and you let him spew his racist opinions on the air. When Michelle was filling in for you he called her a whore. At the time I sent you an email stating I hoped you would no longer give him a forum to spew his hatred on the air. After which you banned him from your show. Enclosed is a copy of the email.
My black friends tell me Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton do not represent them and they wish they would just go away. That is why I do not understand why you want to give these men a forum to speak on race relations when they are part of the problem. Bill Cosby or Walter Williams would be better representatives.

My black friends tell me Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton do not represent them and they wish they would just go away. That is why I do not understand why you want to give these men a forum to speak on race relations when they are part of the problem. Bill Cosby or Walter Williams would be better representatives.
Hopefully after reading this you will reconsider having Jesse Jackson or Al Sharpton on your show again. For further information I can be reached through the above means. I look forward to hearing from you because I also believe we need to get a handle on race relations in this country.

Open Letter to Bill OReilley on Limbaugh & Obama
Bill, why not have Rush Limbaugh on your show if you want to find out what Rush meant when he said he believes President Obama is destroying the economy on purpose? You claim you don’t believe that because he would be a one term President.
I suggest you take off the rose colored glasses. You have been enamored with Barack Hussein Obama ever since you did an interview with him on your show. Just like when you had Jesse Jackson, the race baiting extortionist, on your show; you were slobbering all over yourself.
Obama is a socialist/Marxist and he wants to transform America. He has said it. You need to listen to what he says and has said along with what he is proposing. Also, look at the people he surrounds himself with, admitted communists and admirers of Mao, Castro and Chavez.
Take a look at Hugo Chavez and Venezuela if you want a precursor to what might happen here. I believe you said you were a history teacher; my suggestion would be to brush up on your history. There was a revolution in this country that was fought over an overreaching tyrannical government.
This President has travelled the world bowing before Kings and apologizing for what a rotten country America is. On the 70th anniversary of the invasion of Poland by the Soviet Union, President Obama announced the discontinuation of the missile defense system that was to be built in the Czech Republic and Poland. Obama sides with the Palestinians over Israel, and is demanding Israel to stop building in the settlements. Yet, Mahmoud Akmedinajan, the leader of Iran, seeks the destruction of Israel. Does President Obama know who our allies are? Is it Iran, Cuba, Venezuela, Russia or Israel, Poland or the Czech Republic?
He is dithering on his position in Afghanistan claiming he takes it serious when he places our soldiers in harms way unless it’s absolutely necessary. Apparently, he doesn’t realize there are troops already on the ground IN HARMS WAY and the General is requesting more troops for the mission to support and defend the troops that are there.
Obama stated we must have empathy for the World Trade Center attackers and try to understand how they could do such a thing. Could Obama have been influenced with that kind of thinking because of his association with Bill Ayers, an unrepentant terrorist?
Obama believes in nuclear disarmament. He is an appeaser and shows weakness to our enemies in the world. We are living in dangerous times and this administration should be concerned with what these countries (Russia, Iran, Cuba and Venezuela) are doing.
Americans need to be concerned about the direction this country is headed for reasons of security and safety. America is the superpower of the world and you have Peace through Strength.

COC & Climate Change Hoax
A man claiming to be a representative of the Chamber of Commerce, called for a press conference on Climate Change, only he was not with the COC, he was a fraud. The real representative of the COC showed up and disrupted the event and exposed the deception. However, if the real representative would not have shown up the so-called mainstream media were so gullible they would have ran with the story.
Rick Sanchez of CNN, the so-called mainstream media gave credence to this fraud by granting him an interview. The frauds name is supposedly Andy Bickelbaum, aka. Hengo Sembra of the Yes Men and is a proponent of Climate Change and says it is human caused.
Sanchez stated there is a lot of political pressure on this President from the right on climate change. He continued stating, “People deny global warming is even happening.” So, Sanchez believes it. Although, there are scientists that have debunked the theory of man made global warming. Let’s not be objective and interview a real scientist that opposes the theory of man-made climate change. After all CNN is supposed to be a news organization.

Cap and Trade legislation and the Climate Change summit in Copenhagen and subsequent Treaty they want Obama to sign are not in the best interest of America. Obama, the Troops Are In Harms Way
During a visit to a Naval Air Station in Jacksonville on 10/26/09, regarding troops being sent to Afghanistan, President Barack Hussein Obama said, "I will never rush the solemn decision of sending you into harm's way. I won't risk your lives unless it is absolutely necessary."
President Obama this is your war. General Stan McChrystal, whom you put in charge, has requested additional troops. After McChrystal made a comment to the press you finally found the time to speak with him for about 30 minutes. I believe you were chastising him for his comments to the press. You gave more time to Obermann and Maddow than you gave to the General.
Now, you've been flying across the country doing fundraisers. I'm sure you are reimbursing the taxpayers from your campaign fund! Journalism is Dead, 1st Amendment Under Attack
President Barack Hussein Obama stated he was open to the idea of bailing out the newspapers with government funds. This is not a good idea.
Obama said he is a "big newspaper junkie", and that good journalism is "critical to the health of our democracy," but he also expressed concern about blogging:
"I am concerned that if the direction of the news is all blogosphere, all opinions, with no serious fact-checking, no serious attempts to put stories in context, that what you will end up getting is people shouting at each other across the void but not a lot of mutual understanding."
Los Angeles Times columnist Rosa Brooks in her parting column on April 9,2009 wrote,"Years of foolish policies have left us with a choice: We can bail out journalism, using tax dollars and granting licenses in ways that encourage robust and independent reporting and commentary, or we can watch, wringing our hands, as more and more top journalists are laid off. I can't imagine anything more dangerous than a society in which the news industry has more or less collapsed."
When the news media is controled by the government, all you will get is “propaganda.” Wouldn’t that be more dangerous?
Obama is concerned about bloggers not fact-checking their stories implying the so-called mainstream media does. Let’s see, Rick Sanchez of CNN and David Shuster of MSNBC, put out an erroneous story about Rush Limbaugh without verifying the facts. After the damage was done Sanchez apologized for putting out a story that was not verified.
Thanks Rick, for somewhat admitting that you LIE & after the damage is done you apologize for it. CNN is not BIASED in ANYWAY This so-called news organization fact checks a skit from SNL a comedy show because it was about Obama.
Shuster, on the other hand did not apologize, but stated the erroneous story was not verified, implying that he believed the LIES to be true. This coming from a man that made disparaging remarks about the protestors calling the “tea-baggers,” using sexual innuendo. He also had to apologize for remarks he made about Chelsea Clinton. This PUTZ works for MSNBC, the company run by Jeffrey Immelt, and it is not BIASED, NO!!!

He does not want to address any tough questions because he wants to put through his Marxists policies. Obama believes in clearing the path of opposition and has and makes enemy’s lists like Fox news, COC, insurance, oil & car companies, doctors etc; after all it's the Chicago Way.
What the Obama Administration and the Democrat/Socialist Party are doing is not in the best interest of this country and the regulation and legislation they are proposing are attacks on our freedoms. If the Government controls the newspapers they will control the content. How objective would the papers be if the government was cutting the checks? The news media is supposed to be objective and be the watchdogs over government.The attacks on the First Amendment are as follows:
Sen. Benjamin Cardin, D-Md., proposed legislation in March that would allow newspapers to operate as tax-exempt nonprofits as long as they don't endorse political candidates.
The FCC wants to pass Net Neutrality that will eventually give the government power over content of the internet.
The Cyber Security Act of 2009, gives the government the power to shut down the internet and cell phones in case of an emergency.
FCC Diversity Czar Mark Lloyd will regulate content on the radio. He apparently will decide what is acceptable over the airwaves, and fine the stations 100% of the operating budget if he deems the content not “diverse” enough. Sounds like the “Fairness Doctrine” repackaged to me and it’s meant to stifle conservative speech.
“Diversity” czar, Mark Lloyd stated his view on the First Amendment is, “It should be clear by now that my focus here is not freedom of speech or the press…This freedom is all too often an exaggeration…At the very least, blind references to freedom of speech or the press serve as a distraction from the critical examination of other communications policies.” These Democrats/Socialists believe in free speech as long as you’re saying what they believe and want to hear. Goofy Gordon Brown & 50 Days to Save the World
Goofy Gordon Brown, the Prime Minister of Great Britain, stated climate change is killing 300,000 people a year, and we only have 50 DAYS to save the world. This clown is talking about the global warming summit in Copenhagen this December. He is encouraging President Barack Hussein Obama to sign the treaty on Global Warming, because he says the world needs America’s support.
He stated the International Community must take the lead in addressing climate change. He stated 98% of those affected by climate change live in the poorest countries, yet they contribute to 8% of the emissions. “This is the great injustice of climate change, those being hit the first and hardest by climate change are those who have done the least to cause it.”
Man made global warming is a hoax, being sold to the American people by snake oil salesmen. There are scientists who have debunked the theory of man made global warming, but no one is listening because it is all about the money and control. The corporations that are pushing for it are making money from it. They are making green from going green.
America is the greatest country in the world. When there is a crisis, the world looks to the United States for help. Now people like Gordon Brown wants to punish this country because they envy our lifestyle and success. Instead of helping those countries come up to America’s standards Brown’s answer is to reduce America to a Third World Status.

Geraldo and Rush Limbaugh
Geraldo, on his show, was gleefully talking about Rush Limbaugh being removed from the group wanting to purchase the St. Louis Rams. He stated Rush’s comments were too divisive that the group no longer wanted him. He had on his show Mike Huckabee and Al Sharpton, but did not have Rush on the show, nor did he say he tried to contact him for his comments on the subject.
Sharpton said he was going to sue Rush Limbaugh for comments he made in an op-ed piece regarding Sharpton playing a role in the 1991 Crown Heights riot and the 1995 Freddie’s Fashion Mart riot. Sharpton denied any involvement in the incidents and Geraldo did not question him further.
Huckabee joked that he and Al should try to get a team.
Geraldo then brought on Trent Lott the former Majority Leader of the Senate for his opinion on the subject. Perhaps he thought Trent could sort of speak for Rush because of what happened to him. There was a 100th birthday party for Senator Strom Thurmond that Trent Lott attended and he made the following statement:
"I want to say this about my state: When Strom Thurmond ran for president, we voted for him. We're proud of it. And if the rest of the country had followed our lead, we wouldn't have had all these problems over all these years, either."
Jesse Jackson and Al Gore said the comment was racist and Jackson called for Lott’s resignation and Gore called for his censure. He was accused of being a racist because Strom Thurmond ran as a segregationist. Even though Trent would have been 7 years old when Thurmond ran for the Presidency and he might not have known that Thurmond ran as a segregationist. I believe Obama’s excuse regarding Bill Ayers was he was only nine years old when Ayers was doing his terrorist acts.
Lott was trying to be a nice guy and say kind things about Thurmond who was retiring from the Senate. Lott apologized stating "Nothing could be further from the truth, and I apologize to anyone who was offended by my statement." Nevertheless, Trent Lott was pressured to resign as Majority Leader of the Senate on December 20, 2002.
Trent Lott believed Rush should have been able to participate in the purchase of the Rams. However, he stated his comments about Donovan McNabb were divisive and he probably should not have said them. Trent, the comments he made about McNabb were true; the media were hyping him just as they have done for Obama.
Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton, the race hustling extortionists, began to put pressure on Dave Checketts who could not take the pressure and forced Rush out of the group.
Jackson and Sharpton pressured Lott to resign as Majority Leader of the Senate, pressured Don Imus to be fired and now pressured Checketts from dropping Limbaugh from the group. Not to mention the numerous corporations that pays them to keep from being harassed and picketed by their groups.
They call themselves Reverends but where is their church? What seminary or school did they go to become Reverends? I believe they do it for tax-exempt status. Sharpton and Jackson are the ones that are divisive and do nothing but exacerbate the problem of race relations in this country. Geraldo, O’Reilley and other news shows lend credence to these two charlatans by giving them a forum to speak. When are people and corporations going to wake up and stop giving in to the Sharpton’s and Jackson’s of the world?
Geraldo says that 68% of the NFL is African-American. I believe Geraldo is in favor of affirmative action, therefore since blacks make up 12% of the population the NFL should reduce the number of black players to reflect the population.
Geraldo, I believe you call yourself a journalist, so why didn’t you get both sides of the story? Why did you not seek a comment from Rush? Could it be that you did not ask for Rush’s side of the story because you are an Obamamaniac and Rush strongly opposes his Marxists policies? Could it be that you are for open borders and amnesty regarding illegal immigrants and Rush, like so many other Americans, believe in legal immigration, but oppose amnesty and want the illegal immigrants to be deported? Geraldo, how can you be in favor of illegal immigrants being in this country when it is akin to slavery?

Jackson and Sharpton pressured Lott to resign as Majority Leader of the Senate, pressured Don Imus to be fired and now pressured Checketts from dropping Limbaugh from the group. Not to mention the numerous corporations that pays them to keep from being harassed and picketed by their groups.
They call themselves Reverends but where is their church? What seminary or school did they go to become Reverends? I believe they do it for tax-exempt status. Sharpton and Jackson are the ones that are divisive and do nothing but exacerbate the problem of race relations in this country. Geraldo, O’Reilley and other news shows lend credence to these two charlatans by giving them a forum to speak. When are people and corporations going to wake up and stop giving in to the Sharpton’s and Jackson’s of the world?
Geraldo says that 68% of the NFL is African-American. I believe Geraldo is in favor of affirmative action, therefore since blacks make up 12% of the population the NFL should reduce the number of black players to reflect the population.
Geraldo, I believe you call yourself a journalist, so why didn’t you get both sides of the story? Why did you not seek a comment from Rush? Could it be that you did not ask for Rush’s side of the story because you are an Obamamaniac and Rush strongly opposes his Marxists policies? Swine Flu Vaccines/Government Propaganda
Healthcare workers in hospitals, clinics and home care are mandated by state regulations to get flu vaccinations this year with the threat of being fired if they refuse to get one. Other employers are threatening their workers if they refuse to get the flu shot. It should be up to the individual, whether or not to get the vaccine and your livelihood should not be threatened.
Some people are saying no one has the right to refuse vaccination in a civilized society and risk the lives of others and their children. How is someone not taking the vaccine a risk to others or their children? If the OTHERS and their children received the flu shot they supposedly should not be at risk. History shows that sometimes the vaccine was worse than the flu. In 1976 the government’s propaganda about the swine flu caused more than 46 million people to receive the vaccine and more people were paralyzed and died from the vaccine than the actual flu. (See CBS ‘60 Minutes’ 1976 swine flu report).
We have been told that the vaccination is only effective if you get it before the start of the “flu season” which is usually around September-October. What is Sebelius’s definition of “safe?”
Data from two dozen peer-reviewed scientific papers, from 10 different labs in the United States, Europe, Asia and Australia claim squalene-based adjuvants can induce rheumatoid arthritis and can produce injury to the nervous system and brain. Obamas Healthcare Speech/Lies to Congress
President Barack Hussein Obama made a speech to Congress regarding healthcare. He made several assertions about his proposal to overhaul the healthcare system that I believe are inaccurate. He stated, “One man from Illinois lost his coverage in the middle of chemotherapy because his insurer found that he hadn’t reported gallstones that he didn’t even know about…they delayed his treatment, and he died because of it.”
The truth is the man did not die because of delays; his insurance policy was reinstated within three weeks and later received a stem cell transplant and died this year nearly four years after initial problems with his insurance. The man’s sister, Peggy Raddatz stated he received the treatment that extended his life approximately three years.
In Oregon, there was a woman, Barbara Wagner that wanted to get treatment for cancer but the state refused to pay for the treatment. She was 64 years old and the treatment would be too expensive, but the state run healthcare plan offered to pay $50.00 for the suicide pill. The state offered to pay to have her euthanized! Dr. Jeanene Smith, administrator for the Office of Oregon’s Health Policy and Research stated, “We need evidence to say it is a good use of taxpayer’s dollars.” Therefore, would this be considered a “Death Panel” decision?
Obama has denigrated Doctors with comments like, if there was a red pill and a blue pill the doctor would prescribe the more expensive pill, or if your child has a sore throat the doctor may recommend taking the child’s tonsils out to make more money. Obama claims doctors would not treat diabetics so they would be able to amputate the patients’ feet to make more money, which he said ranged between $30,000 and $50,000 for the surgery. Actually, Medicare reimbursement to the surgeons for that type surgery ranges from $740 to $1140 according to the American College of Surgeons.
These would be ridiculous statements coming from anyone, let alone the President. President Obama, do you realize doctors take the Hippocratic oath where they swear to practice medicine ethically. You have traveled the world apologizing for America; I think you owe an apology to the doctors that you have denigrated with your outrageous statements
During his many speeches on healthcare Obama has never praised the greatness of our system. Our healthcare system has created innovative drugs, medical devices, and prosthetics, advanced surgical techniques, transplants etc. Doctors and nurses are dedicated to their profession and work long and hard to treat the sick. People from around the world come to this country for healthcare, contrary what Michael Moore would have you believe, they are not going to Cuba.
Obama wants to set up an exchange where people can go to on the Internet and choose the coverage they like. With the exchange, he says costs will be reduced because of competition among the insurance companies. Ultimately, Obama is looking for a single payer government run system. However, he said it would take 4 years to set up. If you do a Google search you can get a list of insurance companies and various coverages today. So, why would it take 4 years to set up? Why not let the insurance companies offer their services across state lines? This would create competition, which would lower costs and could be done in a matter of days instead of years.
He says everyone will be required to have health insurance, and if an individual refuses to get it will be fined $3800.00 under one bill and up to $25,000 along with a year in jail under another bill. The Government through the healthcare plan will have access to your medical records, tax returns and bank accounts. Thus they will be able to control individuals by having access to their records and will tell you what you can eat, and what you will be able to do because it will be tied to healthcare. The government will be able to control our lives, thus the loss of liberty
Obama wants to force individuals to purchase health insurance and compares it to having automobile insurance, where it is mandated by the states that you must have coverage. The comparison to auto insurance falls short because everyone does not own a vehicle or drive, therefore everyone does not purchase auto insurance. You are mandated to have liability insurance only, which covers the other person in case you have an accident with them. Furthermore, insurance does not cover maintenance on an individual’s vehicle; if the vehicle needs an oil change or gas etc. it is paid out of the persons pocket.
So, how can the government force you to buy something you do not want? Would it be constitutional?
He stated there are 100’s of billions of dollars in waste and fraud in the system and this will lead to reduced costs after the healthcare plan is passed.
What does passing the healthcare plan have to do with waste and fraud in the system? If the assumption is true about the waste and fraud then I have to ask, “Why is Obama, or any politician not doing something about it now?” The Government should be investigating and prosecuting any wrongdoers, and it should have been done “Yesterday.”
Some politicians want to tax the healthcare insurance provided to employees by their employers. There is opposition to that proposal, but when you think about it, it should be taxed because it is compensation. However, regarding taxes, I am for a flat tax, but that’s another discussion.
My preference would be that employers pay their workers for the work they do and not provide healthcare for their employees. The following are the problems with employer provided healthcare:
The companies choose the policy, which may or may not be in the individual’s best interests.
The policies are not portable, so the individual has to continue working for the company to keep their healthcare.
People should be compensated for the work they do and be able to buy what they want to buy when they want to buy it.
Why not expand heath savings accounts where it gives the power to the people over their money and treatment?
What I want to emphasize in the Government’s proposal to overhaul the healthcare system is it is about control and the loss of freedoms. The loss of freedom will occur because you will be told what you can do and what you can eat etc. because it will be tied to healthcare. To pay for it Obama wants to put the squeeze on doctors, hospitals, and pharmaceuticals reducing their compensation. Taxes on beer, wine, liquor, and tobacco would go up. Soda and other sugary drinks and cereals would also be taxed because they lead to obesity. The idea behind the proposed increases is to tax lifestyle choices that contribute to rising medical costs, thus controlling our lives!!
Solutions to healthcare: Eliminate the waste and fraud and recoup that money.
Eliminate employer provided healthcare coverage; individuals should by their own insurance.
Expand medical savings accounts, which would give people control over their money and treatment.
Allow insurance companies to sell insurance across state lines; this would increase competition.
Tort reform; doctors are doing defensive medicine because of lawsuits.
The United States has the greatest healthcare system in the world. Sure it needs to be fine-tuned but we do not need socialized medicine or universal single-payer healthcare (Obamacare). I urge everyone to contact their representatives in government and have them oppose this government takeover of the healthcare system.

According to Michelle Obama, the Obama’s made a huge SACRIFICE for the people of this country to bring the Olympics to the city of Chicago. They were rejected. So, how did they SACRIFICE? Michelle and Barack flew over to Copenhagen on separate jets where they were wined and dined and made their pitch to the Olympic committee. Also,I believe they took separate jets when they went on their trip to Europe.
What were the costs to the taxpayers? What about their carbon footprint by flying two planes; after all they believe in CLIMATE CHANGE and he is a supporter of Cap and Trade legislation.

What’s Wrong with this Picture? Saturn vs. Finland
Former Vice President Al Gore gets a $529 million dollar U.S. government loan for a car company in Finland to build an $89,000 (green car) hybrid. The loan comes from a $25 billion program established by Congress in 2007 to help automakers meet a congressional mandate on fuel efficiency.
Usually companies go to private venture capitalist to finance projects such as this. Did the company approach any private venture capitalist companies for financing? Could it be that no private company was interested in the project?
How is loaning money to a Finnish car company going to help Americans and the economy?
Chrysler and General Motors received government bailout money, even though Chrysler was a privately held company. Saturn was a unit of GM and was in talks to be acquired by Penske. Saturn was named Car of the Year in 2007 and Best Family Car in 2008.
When the Saturn Penske deal fell through GM announced it will be shutting down the Saturn unit and closing over 400 Saturn dealerships, putting more Americans out of work. One of the reasons for the deal not going through was Saturn did not have a plant to produce the cars.
What is wrong with this picture? The U.S. is loaning money to a car company from Finland, yet the Saturn car company is being closed.
There is a closed Chrysler auto plant in Fenton Mo. Did the Saturn representatives contemplate getting a loan from the above fund and open up the Fenton plant? Wouldn’t it be better to loan the money to an American company, to build cars by Americans in America?

Islam Day of Prayer/ Infiltration?
President Barack Hussein Obama has stated he wants to transform America. I ask, “Into what?”
Obama stated, “We do not consider ourselves a Christian Nation,” that we are a Muslim nation. He is sympathetic to Islam and has contradicted himself as to whether he was taught about the Islamic religion. He made a public announcement celebrating the Muslim holy month of Ramadan but made no such announcement for Easter.
Obama refused to have a public ceremony at the Whitehouse regarding the National Christian Day of Prayer. He refused to allow the Air Force to do a flyover over the God and Country Family Festival in Nampa, Idaho because of the festivals religious focus. The Air Force cited the Pentagon’s policy against doing the flyover because it prohibits supporting of special interest groups. The Air Force has been doing a flyover of the event for over forty years and they do flyovers for sporting events.
An adviser / Czar to the President, Harold Koh thinks the United States should follow international laws and believes Sharia law could be implemented in this country. Little by little America is being transformed; Muslim cabdrivers are refusing to pick up passengers with dogs or alcohol, Muslim cashiers are refusing to check out people with bacon and in the Courts, Muslims are being allowed to wear their headgear. The prison system makes accommodations for Muslims in the prisons. There is a Muslim woman who is suing Abercrombie and Fitch for not hiring her because she wears a hijab, a headscarf, which violates their Look Policy. The EEOC and the ACLU are in support of the woman.
At the Capital on September 25, 2009 President Obama allowed an Islamic day of prayer, which was called a Day of Islamic Unity. Hassen Abdellah was one of the organizers of the event and he stated this was not a protest but a gathering for prayer.
Abdellah was one of the lawyers who represented the terrorists involved in the 1993 World Trade Center bombing. He was inspired to put on the event after he heard Obama speak on Inauguration Day and the speech Obama gave in Cairo, Egypt. He has on the website and states, “Our time has come.” Your time has come for what?

Another organizer, Sheikh Ahmed Dewilder has said through the domination of Islam and it’s ideas the Whitehouse will change. The Whitehouse will become the Muslim House.
Abdul Malik, an additional organizer of the event has written on his Facebook page the following: Democracy is not revelation, and democracy does not equal freedom, for in democracy you have apartheid, you have slavery, homosexuality, you have lesbianism, you have gambling, you have all of the voices that are against the spirit of truth; so no we do not want to democratize Islam, we want to Islamize democracy. That is what we want.
Mr. President, I disagree when you said the United States is not a Christian nation. The United States is a nation founded on Judeo-Christian principles and we tolerate other religions like Islam, but we do not want to become a Muslim nation and put under Sharia law.
The American people must remember, the radical Muslims believe Americans are infidels; and the infidels will have to convert to Islam, or be enslaved or killed. So, beware of the “Trojan Horse,” Osama bin Laden and the Muslim Brotherhood called for a “Civilization-Jihadist Process,” in which they would destroy the Western civilization from within. Are Muslims infiltrating America to destroy it from within? When they were praying were they praying for this country’s destruction?
President Obama said, “The United States is not and will never be at war with Islam.” Unfortunately, Islam is at war with America. President of Iran, Mahmoud Ahmadinejad has made statements about the destruction of Israel and the United States, “The Great Satan.” He has ramped up their nuclear arms program and has been test firing short-range and long-range missiles.
Obama believes in nuclear disarmament and travels the world apologizing for the United States; he is an appeaser and shows weakness to our enemies in the world. Russia recently extended a 2.2 billion dollar line of credit to Venezuela to purchase military equipment, missiles and to help with their nuclear program. Russia also deals with Iran and Cuba. This past year Russia did naval war maneuvers with nuclear-armed warships off the coasts of Venezuela and Cuba. Why?

Obama stated, “We do not consider ourselves a Christian Nation,” that we are a Muslim nation. He is sympathetic to Islam and has contradicted himself as to whether he was taught about the Islamic religion. He made a public announcement celebrating the Muslim holy month of Ramadan but made no such announcement for Easter.
Obama refused to have a public ceremony at the Whitehouse regarding the National Christian Day of Prayer. He refused to allow the Air Force to do a flyover over the God and Country Family Festival in Nampa, Idaho because of the festivals religious focus. The Air Force cited the Pentagon’s policy against doing the flyover because it prohibits supporting of special interest groups. The Air Force has been doing a flyover of the event for over forty years and they do flyovers for sporting events.
An adviser / Czar to the President, Harold Koh thinks the United States should follow international laws and believes Sharia law could be implemented in this country. Little by little America is being transformed; Muslim cabdrivers are refusing to pick up passengers with dogs or alcohol, Muslim cashiers are refusing to check out people with bacon and in the Courts, Muslims are being allowed to wear their headgear. The prison system makes accommodations for Muslims in the prisons. There is a Muslim woman who is suing Abercrombie and Fitch for not hiring her because she wears a hijab, a headscarf, which violates their Look Policy. The EEOC and the ACLU are in support of the woman.
At the Capital on September 25, 2009 President Obama allowed an Islamic day of prayer, which was called a Day of Islamic Unity. Hassen Abdellah was one of the organizers of the event and he stated this was not a protest but a gathering for prayer.
Abdellah was one of the lawyers who represented the terrorists involved in the 1993 World Trade Center bombing. He was inspired to put on the event after he heard Obama speak on Inauguration Day and the speech Obama gave in Cairo, Egypt. He has on the website and states, “Our time has come.” Your time has come for what?

Another organizer, Sheikh Ahmed Dewilder has said through the domination of Islam and it’s ideas the Whitehouse will change. The Whitehouse will become the Muslim House.
Abdul Malik, an additional organizer of the event has written on his Facebook page the following: Democracy is not revelation, and democracy does not equal freedom, for in democracy you have apartheid, you have slavery, homosexuality, you have lesbianism, you have gambling, you have all of the voices that are against the spirit of truth; so no we do not want to democratize Islam, we want to Islamize democracy. That is what we want.
Mr. President, I disagree when you said the United States is not a Christian nation. The United States is a nation founded on Judeo-Christian principles and we tolerate other religions like Islam, but we do not want to become a Muslim nation and put under Sharia law.
The American people must remember, the radical Muslims believe Americans are infidels; and the infidels will have to convert to Islam, or be enslaved or killed. So, beware of the “Trojan Horse,” Osama bin Laden and the Muslim Brotherhood called for a “Civilization-Jihadist Process,” in which they would destroy the Western civilization from within. Are Muslims infiltrating America to destroy it from within? When they were praying were they praying for this country’s destruction?
President Obama said, “The United States is not and will never be at war with Islam.” Unfortunately, Islam is at war with America. President of Iran, Mahmoud Ahmadinejad has made statements about the destruction of Israel and the United States, “The Great Satan.” He has ramped up their nuclear arms program and has been test firing short-range and long-range missiles.
Obama believes in nuclear disarmament and travels the world apologizing for the United States; he is an appeaser and shows weakness to our enemies in the world. ACORN and the Responsibility of the Press
Justin Pritchard an Associated Press writer did a story on, "How the ACORN pimp and hooker videos came to be." In the article about O’Keefe and Giles he writes, “each has other credentials that place them squarely in the network of activists who believe liberal-leaning mainstream media willfully ignore stories that illustrate the failings of the political left and its leanings.”
The sense I get from your article is that you are on a witch-hunt for conservative organizations, which shows your bias. Hey Justin, how many stories have you done on the ACORN organization? Have you interviewed the “ACORN eight”? They worked for ACORN and were thrown out of the organization because they brought up the corruption? Have you interviewed Gregory Hall an ex ACORN employee who says he has evidence about the corruption in ACORN dealing with voter fraud and abuse of their employees? Hall believes the authorities and the press are reluctant to investigate ACORN because they have friends in high places, referring to President Obama. Have you interviewed any of the prosecutors in the states that are investigating and prosecuting ACORN for voter registration and voter fraud?
An example of mainstream media not covering ACORN is when Charlie Gibson was asked about them and stated, “ I didn’t even know about it.” You make the argument for them when you state they believe liberal-leaning mainstream media ignore these stories. So, where are the stories? Where are the stories?
The story is ACORN. It is a corrupt organization that received millions of taxpayers’ dollars and should be put out of business. These employees of ACORN had no problem giving advice on setting up a brothel using underage girls 13 to 15 years old, smuggled in the country from El Salvador. Justin, do you not have a problem with underage sex slave trade?
These two patriots who exposed the corrupt organization ACORN to the world are now being sued by ACORN, because of a Maryland Law regarding the taping of conversations.
Congress has recently voted to defund ACORN, the organization has been removed from participating in the Census, the IRS has stripped them of their ability to give out tax advice and there are calls for an independent audit as well as being investigated by the various states for voter fraud. The organization needs to be investigated by the Justice Department and the IRS.
The media/press is supposed to give the facts of the story and be unbiased in their reporting of it; unfortunately, the so-called liberal-leaning mainstream media have not been doing that, especially dealing with the Obama administration. The freedom of the press is guaranteed by the first amendment of the Constitution and with that responsibility the press is supposed to be the watchdogs over the government.

Wilson, Racism and the Confederate Flag
Representative Joe Wilson of South Carolina shouted, “you lie” to President Barack Hussein Obama while the President was giving a speech to Congress. Even though Obama was lying, Wilson apologized for his outburst and the President accepted his apology. Some people are claiming that people who are opposed to Obama’s policies are racists because he is black. It’s the same old argument they want to use to stifle discussion and free speech on the issues.
Wilson is being called a racist because he supports the displaying of the Confederate flag at the South Carolina Capital. He stated South Carolina made great contributions to the civil war and hence as a tribute the flag should be kept flying over the capital. Wilson also fought to keep the Confederate Battle Flag over the memorial to a fallen Confederate soldier.
The Confederate flag has been called the Confederate Battle Flag, the Rebel flag, Southern Cross or Dixie. It is a source of pride to Southerners and was carried into battle during other wars by troops from the South.
Like it or not the Confederate flag is a part of history. Opponents of the flag like the NAACP do not want it displayed because it might hurt someone’s feelings. They say that the flag is a symbol of racism because of slavery in the United States and the establishment of the Jim Crow laws in the Southern states.
Supporters of the Confederate flag like the Sons and Daughters of Confederate Soldiers who view it as a battle flag and symbol of pride of their Southern heritage and freedom from the oppression of the Northern government.
Several politicians have called for banning the Confederate flag and that it should not be flown in this country. Some examples regarding banning the Confederate flag are: In 2003 Representative Dick Gephardt stated, “the flag is a hurtful, divisive symbol and in my view has no place flying anywhere, in any state of this country.” At the urging of Rep. Gephardt and Democrat Governor Bob Holden the Confederate battle flags were removed from the Confederate Memorial Historic Site and the Fort Davidson historic Site, which are Confederate cemeteries. Mayor Francis Slay of St. Louis had the Southern flags with the confederate flag incorporated in them removed from the rotunda of City Hall.
What about the feelings of those that support the flag because of their heritage and want to display it? Isn’t that discriminatory when the views of supporters of the flag are not taken into account?
The American flag, the Stars and Bars, still flies and has flown over the country during the time of slavery and the Jim Crow laws. Therefore, using the same logic, shouldn’t the American flag be removed and banned from flying at the various buildings and cemeteries in the United States? The answer, “Of course not.” The flag is a symbol that means something different to different people. People should not get offended so easily.
Speaking of flags I believe the Obama administration is going to allow the Communist Chinese Flag to be flown over the White House. What’s wrong with that picture? Where are our priorities? What is this administration thinking?
